I am writing this letter to you in order to place on record my thanks and appreciation for your help, patience, advice and prompt service in fixing window film to my sun roof. The sun roof was only completed a month ago, but with the hot weather it became impossible to sit in it and enjoy lazing about. I made inquires re the fitting of blinds but was shocked to see the cost for electric blinds for the roof. It so happened at that time I received a mail shot regarding window film coverings. I made a phone call and they advise me a dealer would be in touch shortly. Despite my scepticism about the product I booked a visit for you to do a presentation, which was informational and professional. In order to satisfy any possible concerns, I contacted a major glass producer for technical advice and then asked L.A. Window Films to respond to the comments. Again this was done promptly and being satisfied with the response, preceded with the order. Again thanks for doing the fitting at such short notice and with such efficiency, it has made an enormous difference and I now feel comfortable lounging around in the hall way. Although I did have blinds fitted to the side windows, I have not ruled out the possibility of having window film fitted to them at a later date. I certainly would have no hesitation in recommending you (and the products)to anyone who has suffered from a room that is more like a microwave.
